This is just the start of the subwoofer enclosure we built for this car. The L shaped port gives the exact length required for optimal performance of the subwoofer, and the volume is perfectly matched as well.
The finished subwoofer enclosure houses the award winning Audison Voce AV 10. The lip around the face of the box ensures that there will always be room for full excursion of the speaker without hitting the back of the seat in the trunk.
The subwoofer enclosure is mounted in the trunk with a single Audison Voce 5.1k amplifier to power the entire system. This delivers clean power to each of the speakers, and the digital link from the Bit One ensures that each channel is being used as efficiently as possible.
